Great Chefs of L.A.
Last weekend, I won tickets from the lovely ladies of Uncouth Gourmand to the Great Chefs of L.A event. The event hosted a ton of famous L.A restaurants and wineries, similar to the Malibu Food & Wine Event. I actually saw some of the same restaurants serving the same dishes. I got the chance to meet up with the ladies of UG in person, how awesome is the food blogging community?

They gave me an extra pair of tickets so I asked my partner in crime, Steph, who is also just as crazy about food as I am to come join me. She can probably name every restaurant in L.A. and all the specialties on their menu. Don’t ask me how, but this girl knows her stuff when it comes to L.A restaurants.

Honestly, I don’t really remember what each dish tasted like since I was in a food coma in less than an hour and this happened last weekend, and yes, I am a bad blogger for putting it up now. Not to mention, we also walked through all the booths and sampled all the food in an hour. World record. I will recap some of our favorites though…
