A New Food Revolution: Test Kitchen Monday 11/22 Save the Date!
The latest buzz around town is all about Test Kitchen. What is Test Kitchen? It’s simply a new dining concept which allows well-known chefs to experiment and test new ideas and concepts. Started by Bill Chait and Brian Saltsburg, Test Kitchen features a different chef each week, sometimes a couple different chefs a week. The dishes they serve are dishes they are working on for future endeavors and at each dinner, mixologists will provide exceptional cocktail pairings. Each chef has a different menu and theme and reservations go fast because they are only there for a couple days before a new chef comes in.
Mark your calendars for Monday, November 22 for a special tasting event featuring Chef Philip Pretty & Chef Kristopher Tominaga. Chef Phillip is the Sous Chef at The London West Hollywood and Chef Kris is the executive chef at Joe’s Restaurant in Venice. Both started working together in 2009 while at Joe’s.
