Ring in the Holidays with Isabella’s Cookies, not your average cookie

November 21, 2010

Are you scrambling to find something to bring to the next holiday party? Or you just need a quick sugar fix? I was recently introduced to Isabella’s Cookies and having seen them at Whole Food before, I was immediately intrigued by their new holiday flavors. These little treats are made from the finest ingredients and don’t contain any additives or preservatives. What makes them so special? They are baked-to-order using the freshest ingredients, from sweet Bourbon vanilla to chocolate covered raisins. These aren’t your average cookies your Mom used to bake. They even have a selection of vegan and low sugar cookies. Each cookie is a delightful bite in itself and would make for the perfect addition to any gift basket. Isabella’s Cookies are dedicated to recreating the homemade taste of mom’s kitchen, but with a gourmet twist. Their unique flavors redefines the classic chocolate chip cookie. For example, the B.O.B Cookie: Butterscotch chips inside a chewy oatmeal cookie packed with sweet, dried blueberries. Or how about the Maui Wowie Cookie, a delicious blend of macadamia nuts, pineapple, coconut and chunks of white chocolate?

The possiblities are endless with these cookies. Sandwich them in between rich and creamy ice cream for the ultimate indulgence, or crumble them on top of your morning oatmeal for a little sweet treat. Their cute packaging and design makes for a convenient gift to take to any party. Try these holiday flavors out for yourself! (only available until December 31st)

1.       Peppermint Sugar Rush (vanilla frosted sugar cookies with peppermint crunch)

2.       Choco-la-la-la (chocolate cookies with white chocolate mint chips and holiday sprinkles)

3.       Sugar Rush ( vanilla frosted star sugar cookies with holiday sprinkles)

You can order Isabella’s Cookies at www.isabellascookies.com. Isabella’s Cookies are also available in various gourmet and specialty shops, including select Whole Foods Markets.

Gotta support a local cookie company! Definitely gonna look for these cute goodies next time I’m at whole foods. Glad I know I can find them somewhere other than Granny’s Grocery in Hermosa.
