How an Ultrarunner Eats

I really believe in the everything in moderation thing. Despite this slew of food porn I’m about to post, I do try to eat at home 90% of the time and cook healthy meals. There’s always the 10% that’s left for guilty indulgences and splurges. I’ve learned from before that restricting yourself too much only leads to bad things. So here’s a glimpse into what I eat when I do go out, notice the heavy meat and booze theme, which are both really great for recovery 😉
